一、原理
本試劑盒采用間接競爭ELISA方法,在微孔條上預包被偶聯抗原,樣本中的殘留物鏈霉素將和微孔條上預包被的偶聯抗原競爭抗鏈霉素抗體,加入酶標記物后,用TMB底物顯色,樣本吸光值與其所含殘留物鏈霉素的含量成負相關,與標準曲線比較即可得出相應殘留物鏈霉素的含量。
